What's New With Us?
Hey Everybody~
So...what's new. Ryan and I just finished the semester. (woohoo!)We are in the process of packing up for our big move....to Houston! Ya, we're heading out to Hou
ston May 1st. Ryan working with an insurance company out there for the first half of summer. I have applied for a job at Archivers, a scrapbooking store in Houston. While in Houston we're staying with our dear friends Nick and Alissa. Ryan and I are so excited to see them! (I think Ryan is going through Nick withdrawls). Some of our other friends are also moving to Houston (Lesley and Scott, Tim and Julia, Dave and Merideth...) We're excited to be around our friends.
So after Houston, we're heading back to Cali! (YAY) Ryan is set up to work at the same company that he is working with in Texas, but in Walnut Creek! We are also very excited to go back home and live in a place that doesn't snow, and that isn't humid. I'm still looking for a job while I'm there (Ryan's mom is on the hunt) but if any of you have ideas, please let me know. We will be staying in Fremont with Ryan's parents this summer, but I hope to be able to travel and visit a lot of the family this summer. (If there are family gatherings - please let me know, I want to come!)
So...We're driving from Provo to Houston next week. Then on May 8th we're flying to Virginia. We get to visit my best friend!!!! I'm so excited. Matt and Rose are living there, Matt going to Virginia Tech and the most exciting part - little Dimitry was born in January. We're going to go play with them for a week and a half. I can't wait.
Ryan only has one year left of Law School! We are very excited to celebrate. I will be done either in December of this year or April of 08. I'll keep you posted.
Yay! My childhood and dearest friend Lesley had little Ian on April 10 (my mom's birthday too!). I was able to go over to their house and hold Ian yesterday. He is such a good baby and has such wonderful parents-Lesley and Scott. I hope we'll all be able to play in Houston!!
