Megan
loves to look at people. She loves mommy and gives her lots of smiles. She’s a
pretty happy baby. She started watching her hand move and follows it,
trying to figure out what it is. She sucks on her hands or fingers, but will
also take a binkie. She loves her siblings and daddy too. She coos and laughs.
She doesn’t love tummy time but she’s getting much better. She’s eating great
and takes a bottle of milk when needed. She sleeps through the night and will sleep almost
anywhere she needs to. She sleeps a lot in her car seat during the day since we are always on the go, but rarely complains.
My sweet little mini-me turned 7 on September 13, 2015. Andrew and I have an emotional roller coaster of a relationship, but we love each other very much. I'm so glad we have him in our family. He is so smart and stubborn, can be kind or selfish, can throw a huge tantrum or read quietly for hours. I love giving him hugs and kisses and cuddling with him before bed. That's when he usually talks openly with me about a variety of topics and I hope that continues as he grows up. He really is my special little guy.
Andrew and I always do birthday photos in the morning.
A sweet friend from Andrew's class drew a picture for Andrew on his birthday.
Ryan and I joined Andrew for lunch at school on Monday since his birthday was on Sunday. I love his little face.
Andrew had his birthday party the day before his birthday and we celebrated at our usual birthday park, Bear Branch. The kids all seemed to have fun running around and playing and the weather was pretty nice for us.
Bailey had one of her favorite friends to play with.
Uncle Nick pushing everyone on the swings. :)
Our friend was so sweet to order Andrew's cake from Sam's Club since our membership expired. I love their cakes because they have the best whip cream frosting!!! So as long as I can get a cake from there, I will! I'm not sure how or why, but the "w" in Andrew was missed so we had a cake for our mystery birthday boy Andre. Andrew thought it was funny and we all had a good laugh about it.
Bailey had her first full day of preschool on September 2, 2015. She was so excited and it was her first time going to a big building for school. She is such a funny kid and I miss her when she's at school.
She walked right in and sat down at the play dough station. She waved goodbye and that was it. She's growing up right before my eyes.
Ryan surprised her by meeting us for pick up. Bailey was pretty happy.
She worked and played so hard at school that she fell asleep on the way home.
Here's a couple little clips of Bailey's first day. The last clip is silly because our camera sometimes takes a few seconds of video before taking a photo. I think the videos turn out neat.
