October 2015 - School

Here's a little update with the kids at school from October 2015.

Bailey collected leaves to make an art project.

  

Each kid brought in an apple and the kids measured their height in apples. Then they tasted the apples and made applesauce in class.

Each kid in Andrew's class brought in a couple pumpkins for Fall/Halloween. Since the school doesn't allow dressing in costumes they had something silly for each day the last week in October. One day was backwards day as you can see by Andrew's backwards shirt. :) The kids each painted and decorated their pumpkin, counted pumpkin seeds and took photos in their garden of gourds.

Andrew likes to be compact most the time. When he's doing homework or reading at home he likes to have a leg up like at the desk in this first photo. Andrew's class made ice cream

October 2015 - Halloween!

We had a lot of fun this Halloween with our family costumes. Megan got to experience her first Halloween although she had no idea what was going on.

We had some friends join us this year for our ward's Trunk or Treat. Andrew and his friend Louise are in the same class at The Methodist School. Bailey has become friends with Louise's younger brother, John. We were so happy they joined us for our Chili cook off and trunk or treating this year.

October 2015 - Megan 4 Months

Megan turned 4 months on October 22, 2015. Megan has started to reach for things and makes good eye contact. She will now follow me around the room and loves to smile, especially at Mama. She will roll from her back to her tummy but not vice versa. Her stats on October 23 were:

14lbs 13oz (80%)

24 inches (50%)

Head 16 inches (50%)

We continue to love watching her learn and grow. I can't decide what photos I love the most so here are a lot! Enjoy.

Bailey wanted to have some special cuddle time with Megan. Megan doesn't look to thrilled in this photo. Look at that lower lip! (Adorable!!)
