April 2012 - Part 2

The second half of April was just as busy as the first. Our dear sweet friends, The Larsons, moved to St. John's, Newfoundland. Lesley and I grew up together and were lucky enough to live very close in Martinez. Fast forward a few years and we ended up living with her and her lovely family for a few months when Ryan and I first moved to Houston. Our boys, Andrew and Joseph were due on the same day so they were destined to be best friends. We ended up buying our house only a mile and a half away from Lesley. We had dreams of our kids carpooling to school together, just like Lesley and I did. I hope they move back in our school district so we can do that!

Since this post is (way) late I can honestly say we really miss all the Larsons and hope we have many more play dates in the future.

Bailey is helping gather ingredients for cookies.

Andrew was a fantastic helper.

We had a nice day to play outside. Bailey loved playing with this ball.

The neighborhood girls had set up this soccer goal and were practicing in the court. They let Andrew come over and play with them. He loved the attention.
