June 2014 - Utah - Salt Lake City - Church History Museum

On June 23, 2014 we packed up all the kiddos and headed to Salt Lake City. I had a dear friend I met while at BYU who met us there. We started the day by visiting the Church History Museum. It is a museum of the history of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. It was really neat and educational. The kids loved it! More information can be found at this link Church History Museum

On our way to SLC we drove through Park City. In the distance you can see the ski slopes that were used in the Olympics.

There was a great interactive area for the kids. This was their favorite part and enjoyed being able to touch everything.

There was an area that had skirts to put on and music to dance to. The girls seemed to like this area and had danced to the music that was playing.

After the museum we had lunch at one of my favorite places, Cafe Rio!

It was so great to spend some time with my friend, Ashley and her two daughters. She's always such a happy person that you can't help but be smiling when you're around her.
The End :)
