Andrew was excited to get some ice cream and we all sang happy birthday to him.
We also were lucky enough to be there while the "balloon lady" was there. Both kids got a special balloon. A crown for the birthday boy!

We got home and the kids played with their balloons and Andrew opened gifts (video on previous post)
